Disturbing new video shows smugglers dropping two toddler sisters from atop a 14-foot-high barrier at the U.S.-Mexico border in New Mexico – and then abandoning them.
The incident occurred Tuesday evening just west of Mount Cristo Rey, where a Border Patrol camera operator spotted the smugglers by using infrared camera technology. The video was released Wednesday by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
According to the agency, one of the suspects dropped the Ecuadoran children, ages 3 and 5, then both smugglers fled the scene on foot and “abandoned the helpless little girls on the north side of the international boundary line.”
The camera operator notified fellow agents and directed them to the remote location, where they found the young sisters and rendered aid. Both girls were alert when the agents located them, officials said.
Apparently, they weren’t hurt. Which means the smuggler was smarter than white women.

They just drop them off then run back into Mexico. I don’t even understand the point of actual toddlers being sent alone to be picked up by border patrol. Under Trump, the whole thing was that people were grabbing kids from wherever, because they effectively served as a “get into America free card.” They would then ditch the kids as soon as they were in the country, hence “unaccompanied minors.”
But these kids are apparently alone.
Maybe some guy was like “yo sent my kids over” – but how’s he ever going to figure out which kids are his?
Anyway, under Biden, the whole “unaccompanied minor” thing doesn’t make much sense, given that he’s just letting anyone in.
The border doesn’t really even matter at this point, guys. What are ten million more Central Americans at this point? We’re long past the point of no return on that front. It’s really just a distraction from this insane coronavirus stuff.
The most disgusting thing about this whole situation is Ted Cruz and Fox News going out there and playing the “dems are the real child-cagers” bit.

The bottom line is this: Biden is going to let all of these people in the country, whereas Trump was sending them back, which means that they had totally different agendas. The AWFLs don’t really care about “children in cages” if they know they’re going to get in and get free everything when they get out of the cage.
Republicans are just so stupid. Feigning outrage over “Biden’s cages” is literally the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life.
Meanwhile, Republicans are actually supporting the vaccine, and not talking too much about the vaccine passport plan.
I’m going to keep covering the border – you know I’m covering it – but I do think that on the whole, it’s a distraction.
