“I want to see pornography abolished. I want to see no-fault divorce come back to at-fault in divorce. I want to see abortion abolished.”

I’m not clear on what a ban on unmarried sexting would look like. Actually, it seems like something that some Jew aide got attached to the porn ban law to make it seem ridiculous.
Watching porn should be a felony.
In terms of sexting… that’s very confusing. I don’t think you can ban sex between unmarried people. That is too much government control of people’s personal autonomy.
On that point, I would probably also prefer to first outlaw production and distribution of pornography than consumption.
An Oklahoma state senator has proposed a law that would make watching pornography a felony and ban sexting among people who are not married.
The bill, set to be introduced next month by state Sen. Dusty Deevers (R-Elgin), would prohibit consuming or producing sexual content that “lacks serious literary, artistic, educational, political, or scientific purposes or value” in any medium.
The measure defines “obscene material” as the depiction or description of any “acts of sexual intercourse,” including those that are “normal or perverted, actual or simulated.”
Content depicting sodomy and masturbation would also be off the table, in addition to videos, movies, video games and text messages that involve “sadomasochistic abuse” and “acts of excretion in a sexual context.”
Under the measure, pictures of human genitals or women’s breasts would also be banned as well as “lewd exhibition” of the “buttocks.”
It would carry prison sentences of up to a year and $2,000 fines.
The prudish proposal would also allow anyone who produces or promotes the allegedly untoward content to be sued by any state resident for $10,000.
Married couples would be exempt from the ban, provided they only share explicit content they created together with each other.
It’s going in the right direction.
But there are several problems here that appear to be designed to make the proposal a thing of mockery as opposed to a serious matter.
Simply banning the distribution of porn in Oklahoma, blocking the porn sites and shutting down the shops, is actually probably doable. So I don’t know why you wouldn’t start with that.
Dusty Deevers, the OK abortion abolitionist religious extremist lawmaker, has introduced a bill which would, if passed, effectively ban abortion with 0 exceptions. No “life of the mother” exception because the bill would grant fetal personhood.https://t.co/QPkdDSdTSa pic.twitter.com/6eZoE3Kw6U

And there it is: SB1958, by freshman Sen. Dusty Deevers, looks to make it much harder to receive a divorce here in Oklahoma. It deletes incompatibility as grounds for divorce altogether and moves “insanity for a period of 5 years” under abandonment. #okleg pic.twitter.com/gv4bvatLoC
